With a classic Oz rock sound ranging from Cold Chisel to Paul Kelly Benn’s soaring vocals and high energy stage craft is a performance not to be missed.
From a cruisy Sunday Session to a rockin’ party vibe Benn has the ability to entertain any type of audience. “I hardly ever have a set of songs planned. I just like to see what energy is best for the crowd. I also love it when I get requests” says Benn.
Benn Allen has performed on many different stages over the past 20 years for wide range of events including Charity events, Festivals, Pubs, Parties and Weddings.
Benn’s repertoire of music exceeds 400 + songs making him able to cater for all ages and most musical tastes. No Wedding or event is too far to travel as Benn has travelled all over Australia on multiple occasions. “There’s not too many places I haven’t played” says Benn.
Due to his wide vocal range Benn has the ability to adapt his voice to sing many different styles and genres and personally likes to sing Aussie Rock and Country Rock.
Being a guitar teacher for the last 15 + years Benn often gets complimented on his advanced guitar ability and musical skills which really set him apart from most other performers and is often a crowd favourite at many venues.
With a professional but compact set-up Benn’s sound is crystal clear and always on point to mix perfectly for any environment.
Always conscious of not being too loud and making sure people can still have a conversation comfortably over the music which venue operators and staff really appreciate.
