Newcastle-based Indie Pop Songstress, Elisa Kate recently released her much-anticipated second album Holding On To You to a packed audience in Newcastle & Sydney. With an ambience and spark that will capture your heart, Elisa Kate’s unique sound and is often compared to the likes of Adele and Diana Krall. Hailing from the small town of Bulahdelah, Elisa began writing on the piano at age 13 and grew up inspired by American Rock band Switchfoot, igniting a passion of her own to bring hope to everyday people through the words of her songs.

A highlight of Elisa Kate’s career so far has been performing alongside ARIA winner Jenny Morris, and supporting Kamahl in concert at Speers Point Park to over 30000 people. Alongside current airplay in Newcastle, her track “Fallen Angel” is featured on Australia’s Downunder 2012 Compilation, whilst “Is It A Dream” was aired on a Channel 10 Television Ad late 2012. “The Last Time” and “Fallen Angel” also placed top 10 in the 2012 Australian Songwriting Contest.

Making waves launching her Debut Film Clip late 2012 (youtube), and inspiring local crowds weekly in Newcastle, Elisa Kate is now preparing to record an EP, featuring brand new songs with which she recently wowed fans on her Here With You Sydney tour.
