2 Way Split is the most unique 2pc band in Sydney, you’ll find no other like it. No backing tracks, just raw talented musicianship.
With Chris on guitar and Jana accompanying him with a small stand-up drum kit, they share lead vocals as well as harmonies, allowing to covers songs from both male and female artists, giving an endless variety.
Until now duo’s have been predominantly background ambience music / sing-a-longs, usually having 2 guys on barstools playing guitars with no real option of being upbeat.
2 Way Split duo bring a totally new approach to the duo market with the ability to both be chilled back or to fill dance floors by the having the vibe and energy of a traditional band.
Utilising loop pedals to enhance the music with bass lines and overlapped guitar parts, with added drums which are completely volume controllable – ideal for venues with noise restrictions and house parties.
A perfect option for smaller events, canapés or to add either DJ or bassist for a bigger celebration, this is one of the most popular and recommended options for many events of any size.

2 Way Split Testimonials

We were running a National Conference for Dunlop Tyres in Sydney just recently and had to hire a band for their awards night on board the Starship cruising the Sydney Harbour – 2 Way Split were highly recommended to us and we certainly weren’t disappointed. They played a fantastic assortment of songs throughout the evening and had everyone up dancing well into the night! We would definitely use and recommend 3 Way Split again at another corporate function in the future.

Jon Toop – Director – MSE Events Group

Thanks again for Saturday, everyone had a cracker of a night.

Regards Marcus & Amy Cockshutt

Just a quick note to say a huge thank you! Guests commented on how much they enjoyed the music and the move out to the balcony was simply brilliant. Many things made our day unforgetable, you were very high on the list, the songs we requested were fabulous. Michael & I apologise for not taking the time to meet you and the rest of the band, we had a crazy, fun filled day that passed in a blur… perhaps we will get the chance when one of the many guests who asked for your details book you for another event!

Regards, Michelle.

We recently used 2 Way Split for our Annual Awards Night and from the initial planning stages through to performance, the band was extremely professional, helpful and flexible with out requests. They made organizing entertainment for our event a breeze and they delivered a high energy, crowd focused mix of music which really set the tone for an incredible evening. Our staff had an amazing night and are still talking about how great the band was! We would definitely use 3 Way Split again as they delivered a polished, professional performance and were amazing to deal with.

Thanks to 2 way split for their fantastic contribution on our wedding day. With so much to organise on a wedding day, having a well organised band makes a big difference! The music was great, nothing was too much trouble and everything went smoothly. We would definitely recommend you to our friends and family.

Thanks again. Russ and Penny.

Jess – (50th birthday, St Michael’s Golf Club)

Having 2 Way Split as our wedding band has been a fantastic experience from start to finish! In the months leading up to the wedding, they’ve been very professional and quick to respond to all my questions and worries, relieving me from sleepless nights as the bride-to-be worrying about what songs to play. Our wedding reception was magic, with Jana, Chris and Fabien playing the songs everybody knows and loves and colorful lights to set the party atmosphere. The little ones, the old ones and even the heavily pregnant one were all ‘busting a move’ on the dancefloor which made it a night to remember! Cheers.

Natasha & Justin
