All acts come self contained , many have a radio mic for speeches, some can also MC.

We supply acts from $400 to $5000.
This is largely determined by your guest numbers.
Under 50 guests a Solo or Duo would be fine.
60- 80 guests consider a duo or trio.
120 guests or more a band is a good option.
60% of live wedding music in Australia is usually a versatile duo that can do ceremony and reception music.
A 50% deposit paid to Crazy Horse (by bank transfer or credit card ) to secure a booking.
We invoice for the 50% balance week prior to the booking.
These terms are all on the email when we do the booking payment.
We may negotiate and discuss options and come to an agreement with you , however we will fallback on these policies below if no other agreement reached.

Cancellation terms
These are not set in stone but they the guidelines we fall back to if we cannot agree on anything else.
If the artist must cancel for any reason I 100% guarantee to either, offer a suitable replacement or refund all fees paid ( less a token $75 admin fee) – your choice.
Client Cancelation terms (for any reason)
Cancellation by client outside of 28 days of event – We’ll refund any paid fees less an admin fee of 25% (of total fee)
Cancellation by client within 21 days of event – 50% of entire fee is due as cancellation fee (the deposit counts towards the 50%)
Cancellation by client within 7 of event – Full fee due as cancellation fee (deposit counts towards full fee due)
For weddings & functions set up is always completed prior to guests arrival. Most acts like to allow 1-2 hours to set up.
From Solo – approx. 3 x 2m up to 10 x 6m for a big band.
Entirely up to client discretion.
The usual thing is to provide a ‘service meal’ – a main meal.
Minimumly soft drinks. Alcohol up to client discretion.
All Crazy Horse acts play for the entire reception – from entrees until the end. Usually 1-2 laid back dinner music sets – then 1-2 dance sets.
Yes if needed, however to be honest dealing with us the agency is a lot smoother and easier that dealing with the artist themselves.
We respond to phone calls and emails MUCH faster than most acts do – this is why they are listed with an agency.
We liaise with you with guidelines and key answers we need prior to performance – regarding song selection, runsheet, exact dress standard etc to ensure everything is perfect for your function.
