Our live acts are seasoned professionals and many of our musicians have competed on Australian Idol, X Factor Australia, and other hit singing programs. Crazy Horse offers comprehensive DJ services that include a DJ and with a live band. That’s right. You can have both a professional DJ and an experienced live band at your wedding! Your guests will get the top notch wedding day experience that you have always dreamed of.
All acts come self contained , many have a radio mic for speeches, some can even supply a small system for your celebrant , Some also MC.
Reception music - dinner & dance music - live or DJ as required.
Bridal Dance performed LIVE or DJ style - a song of your choosing.
Ceremony music - you choose the songs.

Solo acoustic + DJ is very popular.
For bigger guest numbers – duo or full band or DJ is popular.

We supply acts from $400 to $45,000.
This is largely determined by your guest numbers.
Under 50 guests a Solo or Duo would be fine.
60- 80 guests consider a duo or trio.
120 guests or more a band is a good option.
60% of live wedding music in Australia is usually a versatile Solo Act + DJ that can do ceremony, canapaes and reception music.
A 50% deposit paid to Crazy Horse to secure a booking then the balance is paid the week prior to the booking.
For weddings & functions set up is always completed prior to guests arrival. Most acts like to allow 1-2 hours to set up.
From Solo – approx. 3 x 2m up to 10 x 6m for a big band.
All acts provide suitable break music from an ipod including an up tempo DJ dance set if requested.
Entirely up to client discretion.
The usual thing is to provide a ‘service meal’ – a main meal.
Minimumly soft drinks. Alcohol up to client discretion.
All Crazy Horse acts play for the entire reception – from entrees until the end. Usually 1-2 laid back dinner music sets – then 1-2 dance sets.
If needed – sure thing – we encourage you to liaise with us the agent as much as possible – its our job to organise all the meticulous planning.
To be honest we typically answer our phone and emails much faster than 90% of musicians do.
One of the reasons they are listed with an agency is that they are not so keen on the business of communicating and organising, where as we do it day in day out. It’s our job to organise every aspect prior to performance – regarding timings, song selection, exact dress standard, all runsheet details to ensure everything is perfect for your function.
